Each year the Foundation partners with a financial planning professional to bring you information about making the most of your retirement from GAPS. Learn how to use your retirement assets to support you, your loved ones , and your favorite charity.
The Albany Public Schools Foundation invites you to be our guest for a complimentary evening Lunch and Learn, in which we will focus on how to navigate the complicated PERS retirement process.
Who should attend: All GAPS Staff are invited! It’s never too early to start planning your retirement. Recommended to attend if you’re within ~5 years of retirement!

Topic: Navigating the Complicated PERS Retirement System
Focusing on the PERS retirement process and how to blend pension income with social security and other retirement assets in a tax efficient manner. Topics also covered are things that people should be considering as they approach retirement.
