FAQ's

Yes, we do allow in person registrations the day of the event. The price is the same as if you registered online for full price.

However, you are not guaranteed a T-shirt, or a runner goodie bag because we can’t pre-count you!

The Little Leprechaun Dash is a race for kids in Kindergarten through 2nd grade. They race twice around the West Albany High School Track (800 M). Before they race, all kids get a super cool goodie bag stuffed with clover head boppers, snacks, toys, and a water bottle!

Parents may walk/run with their child in this race for free if they wish (no need to register).

We will hand out everyone’s T-shirt at Packet Pickup the day before the race. This is also when you will get your race bib, and runner goodie bag.

If you can’t make it to Packet Pickup, make sure to come to registration early on Saturday morning (the day of the event) to get your packet and goodies.

This is a rain or shine event! Please dress appropriately for the weather and be prepared.

While parents can run with their kids in the Little Leprechaun Dash for free, all participants MUST register for the 5K and 10 Mile routes, and be assigned a bib number.

Please note that all children under age 18 running in the 5K and 10 Mile routes must have a parent or guardian sign a release form stating they may run in this race and on the roads.

This year’s T-shirts are not guaranteed to be available for purchase the day of the event. We will have previous year’s T-shirts and other iRun merch available for purchase.

iRun is St. Patrick’s Day themed! We always hold it on the weekend closest to St. Patrick’s Day. So come wearing green, we highly encourage themed outfits and costumes!

Absolutely! We just ask that your furry friend remain on a leash the whole time you’re at our event, and that you pick up after them in case they need to go potty.

Thank you to our Sponsors!

We couldn’t make such a big impact for kids without the generous support of our community sponsors. Because our sponsors have partnered with us, we can offer classroom grants to teachers, enrichment opportunities to kids and scholarships to graduating seniors.

Thank you!
