The Albany Public Schools Foundation believes every student should have the opportunity to dream big and reach for the stars.
Since 1984, generous supporters like you have helped us make great things happen for Albany public school students. Last year, with the help of our business and community partners, we were able to provide over $217,000 in grants to help enrich learning opportunities and foster student growth. In addition, we awarded $251,000 in scholarships to graduating seniors and provided funding for basic needs for low-income students.
We envision a community where young people are prepared for a successful future. Your donation helps to provide enrichment opportunities, scholarships, and programs benefiting all students in the Greater Albany Public School District.
The Foundation’s impact is realized through classroom grants to teachers, enrichment grants to principals, the Student Assistance Program, suicide prevention funding, and scholarships to graduating seniors. See our impact throughout the years.
